Schneider Youngplants strengthens its team in Germany.

Schneider Youngplants B.V. is expanding its activities in the German horticultural market and is strengthening its sales and advisory team.
For our core segments annuals, biennials, perennials and cyclamen, we are looking for three new colleagues for field sales in the following regions:

• North Rhine-Westphalia / Lower Saxony
• Saxony / Thuringia
• Bavaria / Baden-Württemberg

The German market is clearly developing in the direction of perennials – among growers, garden centers and food retail.
We want to actively help shape this transition. Together with leading international breeding partners, we will introduce and further develop new perennial genetics in the coming years.

Our modern production facility in Woudrichem (The Netherlands) forms the basis for reliable young plant production. Partner-oriented support of growers in Germany is a key part of our strategy.

Our goal: to grow together – in expertise, quality and assortment development.

Who we are looking for – new team members with:

• Experience in professional ornamental horticulture – or the willingness to learn
• Advisory skills and technical expertise – or the motivation to develop these
• Enjoyment of customer contact and building long-term partnerships
• An independent way of working and strong regional ties – or the willingness to establish themselves in the region
